The antique style floral graphics and colors are the vintage aspect while the silver glitter paper and laser cut monogram are all the way glam!

This folded card style invitation features a satin ribbon band embellishment that holds the insert cards in place along with coral color envelopes that compliment the suite perfectly.

Purple and Blush Lace Pocketfold Wedding Invitations

Pocketfold style wedding invitations have been one of the most popular concepts over the last 5+ years or more!  They make it very easy for you to create a better presentation for your invitations and a neat place to hold your many insert cards.

Christine wanted to incorporate beautiful swirls and lace as big part of her overall design.  The swirls were featured on the inside of the invitation along with choosing a pretty and swirly script font for some of the text and their monogram.  Real lace was used as an embellishment along with the satin ribbon band.

Coordinating ceremony programs, table numbers, menu cards and escort cards were created for the wedding day.

I also had the pleasure of creating custom invitations for her bridal shower which incorporated the color palette except we brought in the lace through the graphics used in the design!

How to Use Patterns in Your Stationery Designs

Whether I’m designing for weddings, social events, or corporate clients I ALWAYS have patterns in the back of my head.  I use patterns as the finishing touches in a stationery suite or fully branded event stationery.  The patterns helps to carry out a theme, add style, provide an unexpected design element, along with helping to fill in “white space” that is not intentional.
Today I’d like to share some ways in which you can use patterns to make your invitations and stationery even more FABULOUS!

Royal Tea Party Inspired Bridal Shower Invitations

2015-01-23-00044These are some of the prettiest bridal shower invitations that we’ve ever created and we think you’ll agree!  I worked with Tanika’s maid-of-honor to create these custom gatefold stye invitations that featured a lace pattern printed on the outside, silver glitter backing layers and beautiful metallic silver mailing envelopes.  The design on the inside of the invitation also featured a monogram design inspired by tea pots and heels…love how it turned out!  The monogram design was also used on coordinating program booklets for the event.
