The Custom Invitation Design Experience

The design process begins with an in-person, or video consultation, based upon your preference and schedule.  At this time we find out all of the details of your event and how we can help you to create your dream invitations and stationery.  We ask for as much information as possible about you personally and your event including Pinterest boards, fabric and color swatches, magazine tear sheets and anything else that can help us visualize the style of your event.  We have extensive experience in guiding our clients in the development of their invitations so it’s no problem if our creative input is needed.


After you select a design package and preferences for printing styles and materials a formal quote will be created.  Our pricing for custom wedding invitation sets will vary due to there being numerous factors involved with custom invitation design.  Your final investment is dictated by the invitation style, materials & embellishments, type of printing, enhancements, production time and quantity. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer is required to officially book your order.  At this time we will also discuss your payment plan for your stationery order.  We accept payments via Paypal, direct credit card processing or by mailing a check. You will be provided with a design and production timeline of scheduled due dates and a break down of timing for the design process.



Now that the “hard” part is done, it’s time to have some fun!  We are there with you every step of the way to bring your ideas to life and create the perfect work of art for you.  For our couture brides we begin with the creation of your custom monogram and then move on to the save the dates.  Next, we’ll work on the invitations and day of stationery according to your design and production schedule.  All proofs are provided as PDF files for each piece of your stationery set. Hard copies are not provided as part of the proofing process, but can be provided for an additional custom sample fee. We will work through several different design options, a revision process and finalize a design that you will be forever in love with.  We don’t finalize your order for production until you are completely satisfied with all design elements.


Once we have your formal approval we will proceed with the printing and production of your order.  Your invitation is made by hand in house to ensure the quality and craftsmanship is done satisfactorily.  This includes the love and labor that goes into tying bows, hand applying crystals and mounting layers of paper.  The production process can take anywhere from two to six weeks.  If our schedule allows, you may request a rush service for an additional 40% fee.


Your invitations will be delivered or shipped by the promise date on your design schedule.  We also offer a white glove service in which we will stuff, stamp and mail invitations directly to your guests.


You can officially check invitations off of your list and enjoy each and every one of the calls, texts, emails and messages that you will receive from guests who are ecstatic about how beautiful your invitations are!
