We like to be a part of your wedding or event decor so informing us of all of the details will ensure that your stationery compliments every portion of your event in the best way possible!

Day of Stationery Details

Upon completion of your proofs and final payment of your invoice the physical magic happens! We quality check everything during and after the printing and assembly process to make sure each invitation that goes out to your guests is in pristine condition. Next step is for you to assemble and mail to your guests or we can provide this service if you need a few extra helping hands.

We will provide you with a design and production schedule that will ensure your project will be designed and produced on time.After collecting all of your wording details, which we can assist you with, it’s time to focus on the main invitation design. We work with you one-on-one through several rounds of proofs to ensure you love the design. We work together through the design process by building out your concept one piece at a time, which results in a fully cohesive invitation suite.

Shortly after the consultation you will be presented with a formal quote. The required retainer to formally book our services will be detailed in your quote.

Leave the creativity up to us as we use this time together to find out your needs along with design elements that you love the most. We will use our years of experience to talk through every detail and make recommendations based on the best options for you and your event. Before the consultation we will have you complete a questionnaire in order for us to get to know your personal style, your story and an overall sense of how we can best represent your event through paper!

For pricing or questions about our services please complete our contact form. On average, our couples invest around $4,000-6,000 and up for their custom wedding invitation suites with our minimum investment starting at $3,000 to book your project. Our custom invitations for celebrations and corporate events begin with a minimum investment of $1,500. We tailor your fully branded stationery package (Save-the-Dates, Invitations, and Day Of Stationery) based on your specific needs, style and budget.  


You should plan for your guests to receive these 8-9 weeks before your wedding. It is best to get started with us at least 6 months before your wedding.

If we are starting with Invitations:

Due to the custom nature of our design and production process we only accept a limited number of clients each year.

For weddings, we encourage our couples to reach out to us right after you book your venue and lock in your wedding date. For other events we need a lead time of at least 4 months before your event.

You should plan for your guests to receive these 6-8 months before your wedding. It is best to get started with us at least 10 months before your wedding.

We work closely with you to understand your personality, style of your event, likes/dislikes and most importantly the experience that you would like your guests to have as soon as they grab the envelope from the mailbox. We understand that your event is not like anyone else’s so we work with you to ensure that your stationery is the perfect representation of you. We create a detailed plan for your stationery design based on your personal style and wedding vision.

Busy schedule? Don’t worry, we are here to also assist you with stuffing and stamping your invitations so that all you need to do is place them in the mail and wait for all of the excited calls, texts and emails that you will receive.

Planning your event leaves you with enough tasks to do and items to check off your list, so we’ve created an organized system to seamlessly guide you through the design and production process. You shouldn’t have to worry or wonder about what’s going on with your project so we’ll have a schedule ready for you upon booking and a private client portal where we will discuss all things related to your design along with reviewing and finalizing proofs.
