At Lepenn Designs we don’t just create custom invitations and stationery for weddings, but birthday parties and other events too! So when my previous bride contacted me to create this dope invitation and welcome bag to celebrate her husbands 40th Birthday Party in Jamaica, I knew custom branding was a must! I had a vision in my head for the invitation concept but it didn’t happen over night. Through many samples and press checks the vision was accomplished and I LOVE it! The invitation suite needed to contain A LOT of trip details in an organized but still creative way, so I came up with this accordion fold invitation with a pocket to hold an additional excursion card! I first started out by designing this bold KB Monogram and then knew I wanted to incorporate the silhouette of Jamaica in the design somewhere. I landed on using it on the flap of the green mailing envelope, along with on the inside of the invite. And let’s not forget the custom welcome bag designed by yours truly, which included a branded face mask, tumbler, hand sanitizer, and rally towel! Every moment of designing for this destination birthday party had me wanting to pack my bags and roll out right along with them!
